How to Review Website Mockups in Atarim

Once the design stage begins, you will receive access to the website design mockups through Atarim, a collaborative feedback platform.

Atarim allows you to review the design and leave comments directly on the page.

1.1 Accessing the Design Review

You will receive a link to the Atarim Design Review Board.

1. Click the link to open the design preview.
2. No login is required.

1.2 Navigating the Design

You will be able to view:

• Homepage design
• Internal page layouts
• Section designs
• Content structure

Scroll through the page as if you were browsing the final website.

1.3 Leaving Feedback

To leave feedback:

1. Click directly on the area of the design you wish to comment on.
2. A comment box will appear.
3. Type your feedback or requested change.
4. Click Submit Comment.

This allows our designers to see exactly which part of the page your feedback refers to.

1.4 Best Practices for Feedback

To help the design process move efficiently:

• Provide clear and specific comments.
• Group related feedback where possible.
• Focus on layout, content placement, and visuals.
• Avoid submitting feedback in multiple emails.

All feedback should ideally be provided within Atarim so the design team can track and resolve comments easily.

1.5 Approving the Design

Once all feedback has been addressed, you will be asked to approve the design.

Approval confirms that the layout and structure are final and the project can move to the development stage.
