1. Completing the Content Collation Requests
Providing Website Content Through ContentSnare
Once the sitemap is approved, we will send Content Collation Requests for each page of your website.
These requests allow you to provide:
- Page text
- Images
- Documents
- Videos or media links
All content is collected through ContentSnare to ensure it is organised and easy for our team to review.
1.1 Accessing the Content Requests
You will receive an email invitation for each content section.
- Click Open Request to access the page.
- Each page will contain fields where you can add text and upload images.
1.2 Providing Page Content
Each page may include fields such as:
- Page title
- Introduction text
- Main body content
- Call to action text
- Links to documents or resources
Please provide the final text where possible to avoid delays later in the project.
1.3 Uploading Images
Images can be uploaded directly within the request.
Please follow the recommended guidelines for images, including appropriate sizes and formats.
Examples of suitable images include:
- Organisation photos
- Staff or team photos
- Facilities or locations
- Relevant activity photos
If you do not have images available, we may be able to suggest appropriate stock photography.
1.4 Progress Tracking
ContentSnare allows you to see:
- Which sections are complete
- Which sections still require information
You can also assign tasks to other team members if needed.
1.5 Submitting Content
Once all content fields are completed:
- Review the page content.
- Ensure images and files are uploaded correctly.
- Click Submit.
Our team will review the content and begin preparing the website pages.
