1. Completing the Project Specification Request
The Project Specification Request is the first step in the website build process. It allows us to collect the key information required to plan the structure, design, and functionality of your website.
This request is completed using ContentSnare, a secure platform that allows you to submit information and upload files in one place.
1.1 Accessing the Request
- You will receive an email invitation from ContentSnare.
- Click the “Open Request” button in the email.
- If prompted, create a password to access your request.
- You will be taken directly to the Project Specification form.
1.2 Completing the Sections
The request is divided into sections covering key areas of your website project, including:
- Client Details
- Project Details
- Design Assets
- Header and Footer Content
- Technical Contacts and Credentials
Tips for Completing the Request
- Provide as much detail as possible.
- Upload existing documents if available.
- Use the Notes fields to add additional information.
1.3 Uploading Files
ContentSnare allows you to upload files directly into the request.
Examples of useful uploads include:
- Logos and brand guidelines
- Images for the website
- Existing brochures or documents
- Written content or text files
Supported file types include images, PDFs, Word documents, and spreadsheets.
1.4 Saving Your Progress
You do not need to complete the request in one sitting.
ContentSnare automatically saves your progress, allowing you to return and continue later.
1.5 Submitting the Request
- Review the information provided.
- Click Submit Request.
Our team will then review the information and proceed with the next stage of the project.
